Rent spreads climbing, NOI and revenue both trending up
This quarter, Lauren shared the fund portfolio's Q2 performance with the team. New leasing achieved a 19.2% rent spread, with renewal spreads running at 9.6% year-to-date. Year-to-date, the team has signed 129K square feet in new leasing and 185K square feet in renewals across the fund portfolio. Same-store NOI grew 3.6% in Q2 alone, with revenue growth up 4.0% — a strong reflection of the leasing momentum and operational discipline carrying through the portfolio this year.
